For nearly two decades, I have worked with clients at various life stages to harness their minds' power to achieve their goals. First introduced to Hypnosis when preparing for the birth of my first child, I came to understand that what we believe we create. After my profound childbirth experience using hypnosis, I pursued training to help other families give birth free from conditioned fear. 

I believe our goals are like giving birth; we gestate our dreams, nurture them and grow them. Sometimes we get stuck in bringing them to life out in the World. Our entire life, we are conditioned with our beliefs and patterns that may limit our thinking and undermine our confidence to reach for our dreams.  Our ideas, dreams and goals deserve to be brought forth with confidence. 

Hypnosis is a powerful tool for change. If you want to eat healthy, release a habit, improve your sleep, create new healthy habits, reduce stress, reduce anxiety, release patterns, heal relationships or improve performance, hypnosis can be the magic key to unlocking change!

I have additional training in hypnosis for children, hypnosis for fertility and hypnosis for a healthy pregnancy and birth. 



Hypnosis Sessions

This program is customized and tailored for each unique client


  • In your first 75 minute session, we will work on getting clear on your goals, we will discuss hypnosis to answer any questions you have. You will be guided into hypnosis to work on clearing subconscious blocks and installing the positive mindset you need to get you where you want to go

  • Each session remaining  session going forward will build on the previous session and be adjusted as you progress 

  • Inner Conflict resolution hypnosis to remove internal struggle when your desire and your thoughts are not in alignment

  • 3 to 6 sessions are recommended - Request a Package 


  • Self-hypnosis techniques and activities will become part of your routine, allowing your new mindset to be at the forefront of your thoughts and actions

  • Accountability for your success is required, your hypnotist can't do it for you but will be there every step of the way
