Service Description

This workshop will explore the various ways that components of yoga such as physical practice, mindfulness, meditation and breath work can influence and be influenced by the nervous system. Through knowledge sharing and yoga practice, this 2-hour workshop will explore how yoga can regulate the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety and increase body awareness, leaving participants with increased knowledge about how yoga can improve their overall wellness.
