Preparing great food for friends, family and students is one of Darcy's passions!    As this collection of recipes grows you will notice a theme... health conscious, plant based and always delicious!  Having a background in the food industry (former cafe owner) and graduate from Meghan Telpner's Culinary Nutrition Institute, Paramdhan has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share.    Her food philosophy is great food with optimal nutrition should be vibrant and delicious!   Here at the studio we are looking forward to offering workshops on yogic lifestyle to enhance your journey to wellness.
