What to Expect in a Therapy Session

In our sessions together, you can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space where you will feel seen, heard, and respected. My goal is to create an environment of trust and safety, where you can explore your emotions, challenges, and personal growth at your own pace.

Each session is an opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be influencing your life. I work from a place of deep empathy and will gently guide you in uncovering your strengths, while also offering support through difficult moments.
Our work together is rooted in several therapeutic approaches that can help bring clarity and healing:
